Description
The architectural concept for this building has the lobby as focal point. Functioning as an extension of Santa Marta street, like a kind of covered passageway, the lobby gives access to the parking area, the spa, the art exhibition areas, the bar and the restaurant, all of which cater to the local population. The varying volumetrics of the skylight, combined with the material used on the walls creates sophisticated light, shadow and texture effects.
