Description
The Garage Films main office is located in Belém, away from the street, in two surviving factory warehouses. The renovation project sought to accommodate the company’s needs while appropriating and repurposing an industrial space. The approach stemmed from a handful of ideas and actions: horizontal use of space; the creation of a long open-space limited, on one side, by individual workspaces on the upper level and, on the other side, opening onto a construction area, made possible by the removal of a portion of the roof from the adjacent building.
