Description
In its original state, this small apartment located on the top floor of a building in Alfama was too compartmentalized and its interior space, proving difficult to dispose of, was reorganized to introduce flexibility and a new take on contemporary dwelling. Emerging from the floor, two volumes and two colours contain and manage the house’s various functions. They are the key to reading the program as a whole - orange volume: living room and bedroom; blue volume: kitchen and bathroom.
